● Developed recommendations to motivate forest management on private lands composing nearly 27,000 acres in the Southern Sierra Nevada, following severe drought and unprecedented tree mortality ● Analyzed the impacts of fuel treatments on fire severity using FlamMap (a fire behavior model) and ArcGIS in a region comprising 25% of California’s land area● Developed an interactive web application using Shiny and R informing private landowners of the impacts of forest management on fire severity in the region to further motivate fuel treatments on private lands

● Used Google Earth Engine and ArcGIS to map current and historical mangrove cover in priority countries, in order to better inform on the ground mangrove conservation strategies● Developed country profiles for priority countries describing the current and historical state of mangroves, current and historical threats, ecosystem services provided to local communities, and the political landscape, in order to help implement mangrove conservation
