The general scope of work will vary according to projects, but may include the following: -Assisting properties with on-site management functions -Facilitating training and development of property staff -Assisting in the development and distribution of property operations resources and training material -Implementing/creating the property’s strategic marketing plan -Creating and executing leasing efforts and strategy -Conduct market research and analysis projects-New Development start ups in which I begin the hiring process, establish University & Community relationships, brand awareness, training the new team in order to open and conduct a successful lease up.-I am nicknamed "The Property Doctor" as I am sent to sites that may not be performing as they should.
