I am a higher education professional who has a passion for not only helping students get into college, but make it through college. I have experience with working with first generation, minority, college students as well as others from all backgrounds. I am looking to teach a course in freshman seminar and be in a position where I can assist and mentor students in their transition from high school/community college to a 4 year institution. My mission is to obtain a position that will enable me to use my strong organizational skills, educational background, and ability to work well with others. I am a former student of Texas A&M University (BS) and Abilene Christian University (M.Ed) who is always looking for a challenge. I am one who has a strong work ethic, high standards for herself and does not accept failure.
