40+ years in NYC as a General Contractor and since 2009 operating as Major Renovation Management Inc. (MRM). Closed our NYC offices in 2018 and relocated to Hewitt NJ.Owner/Landlord operating as MRM Equity LLC with offices in Hewitt, NJ & Portland ME. Portfolio includes multi-family properties in NY, NH, NJ & Portland Maine; industrial property owner in Portland ME; office property owner and manager in Portland & Bangor ME, Canton MA & Hewitt NJ. Currently undertaking residential conversion of office spaces in Portland ME with my brother/partner Timothy Leahy. Owner of two inland lake marinas on Greenwood Lake in Hewitt NJ operating as Sportsmans Marina & Sportsmans’ Moosehead Marina. Sportsmans is the largest EZ Dock dealer in the NY metro area in Northern NJ and an authorized boat & motor dealer for Crest, Bentley, Monterey, Tige, ATX, Suzuki, Mercury & Indmar. Recently celebrated the 1-year anniversary of the opening of D’Boathaus Restaurant next to Sportsmans Marina. Completed construction on a new Kawasaki JetSki, ATV and SXS showroom and service facility at Sportsmans’ Moosehead Marina. Partners with my wife Maria Rowena Manalo (MRM) since 2001 who operates our Portland Maine multi-family asset.
