I have 3 years and 9 months experience being a Customer Service Representative with Alorica Teleservices Inc. I handled two accounts, first one is the Amazon Account that is for seasonal only for 4-5 months and after that I handled T-Mobile Account for 3 years and 5 month. In Amazon we are the one who's tracking the status of our cx's parcel. We also processing refund or replacement if the item was lost thru transit, delivered in the wrong address, item is incorrect or it was tagged delivered but the cx didn't received it. And for T-Mobile Account, we are the one who's processing the payment and setting a payment arrangement if the cx is unable to make a payment. We are the one who also change their rateplan, explaining their bill and sometimes we also do basic troubleshooting if they're having issues with their service.
