Manager, Employee Recognition
CurrentWith a focus on culture change, employee engagement and retention, I am responsible for leading initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, foster engagement, and recognize the contributions of employees across the organization.• Plan and execute employee recognition initiatives for In-Flight Services, Flight Operations and Contact Centers• Identify and communicate with sponsors and internal/external stakeholders• Work in collaboration with HR partners, Operational branch VPs and vendors• Manage employee events to promote engagement activities• Support change management initiatives, creating alignment within the various operational branches• Develop and maintain strong relationships with frontline employees and managers, to ensure oversight on the pulse within the operational branches, and act on feedback received to enhance project planning and implementation
