I have designed and delivered successful training courses internally and externally, reflecting on successes and identifying opportunities for improvement. My achievements include working under pressure and a rapidly changing landscape, delivering a costing for a multimillion pound industry support scheme, convincing senior leaders of the need to change our assumptions and analysis, managing teams to deliver projects on deadline to high professional standards, and delivering significant improvements winning the praise of a regulator.Focused on a holistic view of organisational and process improvement. Past projects include bringing a website up to WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, changing processes to better meet stakeholder needs, raising corrective actions and observations in formal internal audits and improving the look and feel of our outputs.
