Global responsibility for country managers, operations, treasury, public affairs and risk to drive global growth and scaling of the firm.

I lead the Group Commercialization Office which is responsible for scaling and managing new global P&Ls, leading efforts for key initiatives, and driving growth across existing and emerging segments. My team (i) defines, explores and develops new innovative business models via Enterprise partnerships to extend Mastercard’s network reach with retail, business and government customers; (ii) manages selected global partners including HSBC, Revolut, Shopify, Airbnb and Standard Chartered Bank; and (iii) leads key strategic initiatives including Pricing, Regulatory business response, Digital partner deals, BD and B2B sales.

Global responsibility for growing and managing MasterCard’s Credit & Debit P&L’s. Responsibilities include long-term global strategy, sales, product development, digital & mobile innovation, portfolio management, regulatory response, commercial partnerships, and market level tactics for Debit, Credit, and ATM products. In addition to the Credit and Debit businesses, my responsibilities were expanded to include the overall Network Product Strategy -- i.e. who should we connect to globally and what other value added services should we provide beyond payments (e.g. Security, On-line Authentication, Communications, Facilitate Technology, Non-industry Partners, etc.)

Chief Operating Officer responsibility (both P&L and operations) for all consumer assets and liabilities businesses in UK, Belgium, Greece and Spain -- including branch retail, deposits, mortgages, online banking, cards, loans, wealth management and insurance.

Promoted to manage all of Citigroup's cards businesses across Europe, Middle East and Africa (15+ countries)

Managed the credit card business for Spain and Portugal.

Promoted to CFO of the Citicard affinity/agent cobranded credit card business during a turnaround situation for a 5 million customer base with ~$8 billion in loan receivables.

Expatriated to Brazil to improve the existing small branch focused business to a more profitable open market portfolio.
