I've been in the insurance business over a decade. I joined Graham in 2015 and relocated to NYC in 2019 to build out our NY office. We've since been acquired by a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. who is the largest global broker.I know the insurance industry, my clients' industry, and take pride in having a fresh eyes approach on their business as it relates to insurance & risk management. I am responsible for new business and client relationships however I am technical in my analysis and hold the ARM & CIC designation. I also lead a team of sales professionals and am actively involved in their growth, development, and pipeline management. I am active in the completion of my CPCU designation which collectively is held by less than 1% of the industry. I believe in Captives and facilitate our development of Captive Alternatives. Prior to our acquisition I was a member of the Management Liability Practice Group, ESOP Communications Committee, and Investment Committee.I graduated from Penn where I was a multi-sport varsity athlete and use the transferrable skills I learned on & off the field in my approach and profession. Among other things, I am passionate about relationships I have built and I am on the board of the Alumni Association of Malvern Preparatory School as well as the Risk & Audit Committee.

I am responsible for new business development and client relationships where I identify high quality organizations and look to build relationships with the leadership of the company. I also manage a team of sales professionals who have industry specialization and high growth ambitions.
