My passion is serving individuals and teams as they accomplish goals and objectives. Outside of work, my passions have included coaching, mentoring, and serving others. Professionally, my success can be measured in the results of the people and teams I have been asked to lead. For the last 20 years, I have been an award-winning leader in sales management, customer service and operations. I have led teams across a wide variety of industries including professional recruiting, healthcare, and real-estate investing verticals. Working with Fortune 500 companies, small privately held business as well as emerging organizations has helped round my skill set. I believe winning cultures are fostered through shared core values, effective communication, clear expectations, and an unwavering commitment to team.The teams I lead in my recruiting career helped hundreds of highly compensated healthcare physicians realize their next professional opportunity. During this time, I learned the values of preparedness, powerful presentations, and managing executive relationships. This is when it became clear I wanted to spend my career leading teams.As a director of sales in healthcare, my teams were responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue in diagnostic testing, capital equipment, and software sales and services. During this phase of my career, I led many award-winning sales representatives and drove teams to surpass expectations year in and year out. In each position, we won marketing-moving accounts with healthcare systems, managed care organizations and government funded facilities. This reaffirmed my ability to have a meaningful impact on the companies PnL. The move into the real-estate investing space was driven by my desire to move back closer to family as well as take a leadership role in operations. I believed the addition of operational responsibilities would be an important learning experience for my career. My aptitude to spot trends in data and figure out how complex systems work is well utilized in this role. As the leader of a real-estate investment firm, we impact the lives of hundreds of residents, contractors, hedge funds, private equity, and high-net worth investors.
