My current job function requires me to advise and analyze billing data from our vendors to ensure accuracy of billing to our external clients. Another aspect of my job requires direct communiction with external clients when billing disputes arise in order to deteremine a ressonable resolution. A secondary function requires me to assist in reducing backlog billings and correspondance so that we do not incur late penalties or charges from unresolved diputes.
