- Led full replatform from discovery through early stage execution to replace homegrown CMS with Contentful, rearchitecture and migration of the Core DB (MySQL to Dynamo), and introduced MDM/Data Governance to the organization- Led product discovery both internally & externally to uncover the platform’s most complex enhancement in recent years, a total refactor of navigation across apps (Desktop/Mobile Web, Mobile App & OTT)- Worked cross departmentally to successfully converge an acquired product (HockeyTV) into the primary FloHockey offering with high quality ahead of aggressive timelines, resulting in a net increase to combined site traffic of 2x- Increased CTR for global site search by 16% by optimizing Algolia, then reduced costs by $250k/yr while further increasing CTR through carefully planned transition to AWS OpenSearch

- Launched the golf industry's first multi-tenant, omni-channel marketing platform, allowing enterprise operators and an internal managed services team to increase efficiency and expand reach - Led the integration of an ecommerce solution with an enterprise point-of-sale and inventory management system, allowing operators to increase retail sales through online channels while maintaining accurate inventory counts and automating gift card delivery- Brought a white-labeled insights platform to market, providing enterprise operators with decision-grade analytics and benchmarking metrics by consolidating data from on-prem point-of-sale systems in real-time

I owned the company's highest revenue generating portfolio of products for one year leading up to an acquisition by NBC Sports. I helped to solidify EZLinks' dominance of B2B SaaS in the golf industry, launching critical improvements to our dynamic pricing tools, customer data flows, and proprietary marketing suite used by 3,000+ golf facilities ranging from SMB to international enterprises such as Troon, Marriott and PGA Tour Properties.

While continuing all of my CSM responsibilities, I increased scope by:- Conducting monthly review meetings with leadership team to build visibility around opportunities and revenue at risk within the company’s most valuable accounts- Working with CSM’s who directly managed those relationships to assist with closing opportunities and mitigating high risk scenarios, saving 3 key relationships worth $2mm in ARR- Developing the CSM Team's first SOP document to improve onboarding and continued education- Acting as the product liaison for CSM Team for all inbound feature requests

Worked with approximately 200 named accounts to maximize retention, offer consultative best practices and generate upsell activity for an extensive and intricate product suite of golf course operations and marketing software. Achieved an average of 95% retention managing a portfolio worth $2.5m ARR, including the company's premier relationship, PGA Tour Properties.
