- Responsible for managing Financial Services operations for North America, and Commercial Credit globally- Managed a business consisting of 80 staff across multiple teams (Credit, Underwriting, Customer Support, Account Maintenance, Collections, Lease Returns) in four states across the U.S. covering both B2C and B2B for automotive and energy products (vehicles, body shops, residential and commercial/industrial storage, charging)- Constantly operated in an unstructured and ambiguous environment and reliably handled very high volume of tasks for critical end-of-quarter sales deadlines across automotive and energy sales orgs despite significant resourcing challenges- Identified and developed strong leaders through goal setting and regular honest communication and feedback- Established comprehensive operational reporting still in place today providing a holistic picture of business health, and regularly presented observations and trends to CFO along with progress of projects driving improved business outcomes- Calculated projected task volumes to identify and address/mitigate bottlenecks and maximize business success- Increased productivity 4x in 3 years through various projects focused on automation and customer self-service- Collaborated with data science team to establish and maintain predictive credit risk model and automated assessment strategy in an effort to continually improve credit decision quality and operational efficiency- Actively managed numerous internal and external relationships with data and technology partners, internal and external auditors, investors, banks, credit rating agencies, end customers, accounting, and FP&A teams- Ensured full compliance with all policies, procedures, legal regulations, and investor requirements
