In charge of the Communications Department in Vestas People & Culture, Vestas' HR function. Our primary tasks are: 1) Communication advice and support to the Management Team of Vestas People & Culture, 2) Communication advice and support to strategic HR initiatives in Vestas, 3) Development and maintenance of People & Culture part of Vestas' intranet, and 4) a number of ad hoc tasks.

Primarily working with internal communication in the Business Unit People & Culture at Vestas Wind Systems A/S. Area of responsibility stretches from strategic planning of communication through action planning of communication activities to communication advisory of the Management in the Business Unit.

Setting up Communications System for the People & Culture community. Project communication, implementing HR tools and systems. Advisory to project managers.

Build up of communication function. Responsible for implementation of new intranet based on Sharepoint. Stakeholder management. Editor of employee magazine. External contact to media concerning the company.

Coordinating loading of FCL and LCL containers from New York and Miami to Europe and South America. Close customer interaction. Responsibility for Warehouse in Miami.

Responsible for discharge / loading of bulk cargoes onto vessels, shipping of live stock via truck, vessel and air craft, LCL shipments on Ferry from Kolding to Rønne.
