- Drive the global retail brand strategy. Manage the overall execution of seasonal/monthlyinitiatives and premium retail experience. Translate global marketing brand campaignsinto retail landscape (window’s, POS assets). All within the given timeline and budget.- Based on the global brand strategy create, develop and execute all creative assets and in-store furniture for shop in shop roll-out worldwide. Briefing and leading internal and external agency resources to create impactful concepts for storytelling to elevate the brand and drive the business. Support new store openings.- Develop and maintain an online 'shop in shop builder' that local country teams can use to increase square meters and sell in the shop in shops. - Work cross functionally with merchandising, account sales, product management, brandand the category teams in HQ to ensure a seamless execution at retail upon launch.- Assist and support the marketing team, regions/countries/retailers in alignment of globalretail efforts. Provide global guidelines and trainings (ie. tool kits, visual merchandising)to country teams.- Measure and analyse the effect of retail installations by sales uplift.- Assist in creative development of concepts for fairs and translate into a 3D design.

- Support the Global Retail Marketing Manager in the development of programs of brand enhancing. Such as retail marketing programs, window and instore promotions that elevate storytelling, drives sales and enhance the consumer experience in the marketplace.- Under minimal supervision responsible for the development and implementation of VM guidelines and assortment planning to increase square meters and sell through.- Support local teams in new store openings and fairs.- Provide appropriate direction, training and coaching of the country sales and marketing teams to ensure successful yearly account strategies, plans/calendar and executions in every market. - Ensure that projects are implemented according to the set time frame and in line with the allocated budget.- Ensure retail marketing alignment with brand and product marketing initiatives.- Identify and share best practices for database.- Evaluate and manage local marketing and promotions.
