Erc Coordinator
Current• Work with General Counsel/Compliance Manager to create and maintain compliance agendas, meeting minutes, audit plans/reports.• Draft relevant policies, training materials, and other essential communications and ensure they are approved by all relevant stakeholders.• Provide continuous review of relevant company policies, contracts, agreements, and procedures to ensure they are maintained, timely, and compliant.• Serve as employee liaison for communication or questions presented to compliance through more formal channels.• Help research legal and regulatory compliance issues impacting the company.• Maintain Export Control Sanctions list in SAP.• Oversee business insurance for company’s US Operation, including policy renewal, claim liaising, and requesting Certificates of Insurance.• Assist Compliance Committee members with any compliance-related matters or projects within their specific departments (Legal, IT, Acct, HR, Safety, Supply Chain).
