With over 25 years of experience in the apparel and outdoor industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader who thinks differently about how we bring apparel to market. As the founder and CEO of Rsport, I am on a mission to inspire and encourage female athletes of all shapes and sizes, and to provide them with high-performance technical apparel built for their unique needs.I have a strong background in technical design, material science, sourcing, trend analysis, and business strategy, as well as academic teaching and research. I have leveraged my skills and expertise to create a successful and inclusive brand that has grown impressive global partnerships and generated new revenue streams.
