Performed analytical development and validation of multianalyte urine drug testing assays for a high-throughput production environment. Utilized Tecan automated liquid sample handling systems for 96-well plate sample preparation & clean-up and various UPLC-MS/MS platforms for quantitative analysis, including Waters, Sciex, and Shimadzu. Validation was performed following CAP/CLIA/FDA Bioanalytical guidelines.

-Developed and validated multiresidue pesticide methods for a diverse sets of food & beverage matrices, utilizing Agilent GC-MS/MS GC-FPD, GC-uECD, and purge & trap systems, and Sciex ion trap MS/MS instruments coupled to Agilent HPLCs.-Ensured cranberry fruit, procured ingredients, and finished product complied with domestic and international regulations, aided through utilization of EFSA, EPA, FAS, Bryant Christie, WTO and frequent participation in emerging issues panels.-Provided analytical support to our internal agricultural supply research programs (pesticide degradation, efficacy trials) for development of improved pesticide application processes.-Performed method transfers and yearly proficiency testing (GMA's FIAC) with collaborating labs to ensure regular alignment in results.-Built and maintained a database combining historical pesticide residue data and product development formulas to make data-driven decisions on the export risks for regulatory compliance of finished products in non-US markets.-Delivered research materials to our basic research collaborators by developing fractionation workflows, generating gram quantities of crude fruit extracts and purified polyphenols / oligosaccharides / flavonoids / procyanidins- utilizing both Agilent flash chromatography systems and gel permeation chromatography coupled to peristaltic pumps & benchtop UV-VIS detectors.
