I have more than ten years of experience in this role, and I am working towards an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology from MIT Sloan Executive Education.My core competencies include product development, executive leadership, process engineering, data analysis, operations, and management. I have successfully led the development team in bringing engineering designs to production, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality and efficiency standards. I have also contributed to the development and patenting of a power system for high temperature applications with rechargeable energy storage, and led the licensing of this technology to an outside party. I have been part of the executive leadership team developing the culture and rituals to lead the company.
