Led all day-to-day IT Operations and functionality of a manufacturing facility with more than 1 million square feet. Led the team responsible for implementing payroll, time & labor, and human capital management system (HCM), Workday, for Toyota Motor Manufacturing de Guanajuato (TMMGT), a $1 Billion plant startup. Designed and transformed Toyota Motor North America’s technical onboarding process utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Led a team that was tasked with making necessary business process and systems changes to accommodate corporate consolidation and Toyota's headquarters move to Plano, TX. My team worked with cross-functional and cross-affiliate teams to standardize regional processes for non-headquarters functions. The solutions that the team implemented now account for more than $5 million in recovered labor costs per year.Led the development and adoption of mobile communications application built on The Employee App platform for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, Toyota's largest manufacturing facility.
