The IT related budget for these activities was $7.8 million.Controlled a yearly operating budget of $4 million to support ongoing IT infrastructure licensing and maintenance fees, end user devices, ongoing minor projects, and enhancements, as well as labor costs for 19 contractors. Led all day-to-day IT Operations and functionality of a manufacturing facility with more than 1 million square feet. My team ensured each production and administrative group had needed support for all technology related activities.Managed the ongoing performance and development of Toyota team members as well as the service delivery and performance of 19 contract staff.

Led team responsible for implementing the human capital management system (HCM), Workday, at Toyota Motor Sales de Mexico. This effort aided in the continuing alignment of Toyota's North American administrative functions and modernized Human Resources applications and processes. Mazda Toyota Manufacturing U.S. is Toyota's first North American joint venture with an investment of $1.5 billion. Led the team responsible for implementing payroll, time & labor, and human capital management system (HCM), Workday, for Toyota Motor Manufacturing de Guanajuato (TMMGT), a $1 Billion plant startup. Designed and transformed Toyota Motor North America’s technical onboarding process utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Led a team that was tasked with making necessary business process and systems changes to accommodate corporate consolidation and Toyota's headquarters move to Plano, TX. My team worked with cross-functional and cross-affiliate teams to standardize regional processes for non-headquarters functions. The solutions that the team implemented now account for more than $5 million in recovered labor costs per year.Led the development and adoption of mobile communications application built on The Employee App platform for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, Toyota's largest manufacturing facility.
