These custom solutions added to the overall capabilities of Cody’s products securing Cody’s continued place as a nationwide leader and a provider of public safety software solutions and services.• Pioneered development of a scalable, near real-time, data-sharing system (COBRA) that unified data from multiple vendor systems with disparate databases and providing unparalleled search capability. System broke through political barriers and attracted significant DHS interest. • Created networking technology that reliably transmitted and routed FIPS 140-2 encrypted data and TCP/UDP traffic over unreliable wireless and cellular networks without data loss. This enabled CODY to offer the first truly full-featured RMS for use in police cruisers.
