Working with the Partner Relations team to develop business with Canadian higher education institutions, we help clients understand the local market conditions around the world and support their international student admissions objectives with events, research, and a professional approach to service. English Language Testing with IDP IELTS - Overseeing the improvement of the digital presence of IDP IELTS in the Canadian web landscape in target regional markets with a focus on increasing conversion of potential test takers into registrants. Using Google Analytics, AdWords, and Tag Manager to measure user experiences and behaviour, along with search, social media, content strategies, to drive an increase in test volume across Canada to capture and retain market share. Managing a dossier of conference speaking engagements and sponsorships to increase awareness and connect directly with potential test takers and test centres around Canada.

I manage and develop a team of print and web designers, a social media specialist and marketing analysts to build and execute campaigns from the ground up to drive business and awareness of our brand in the communities where we operate across the country..Working closely with the business development department to define strategic support needs and evaluate spends to allocate resources for marketing programming ranging from Google ad words, direct mail, out-of-home advertizing, video marketing, social media, event, unaddressed mail and more to achieve business objectives.
