In my hybrid role that was part account manager, product manager, and business analyst, I learned new things every day about my clients’ businesses, stayed on the cutting edge of web best practices, and solved interesting problems using custom Content Management System implementations.I served as a fully-integrated product owner and client advocate within a seasoned team of project managers, solution leads, senior developers, and QA engineers.BlueModus is the #1 Kentico Gold Partner globally, and I tapped into that deep experience and knowledge base to deliver the best possible outcomes for my many clients who rely on Kentico as their DXP.Along with other managers, I helped lead the day to day work of our delivery team as they provided value to our clients via tech audits and consultation, design, full stack development, and DevOps. I owned discovery efforts for new work of all sizes, including maintaining product roadmaps and feature backlogs. I built deep relationships with my clients’ IT and marketing teams while we worked together to find and exploit opportunities.I was responsible for account expansion and onboarding new clients including creating Statements of Work and Change Requests as well as building mutually beneficial Working Agreements between my team and the client side team.
