Primary duties included marking weekly assignments, assisting students with further understanding the material and editing graduate students term papers. • GEOL 406 - Global Considerations - Jan. - April 2017A practical course where students applied geological database analysis tools to understand the development of tectonic settings and further apply these skills to locating potential mineral deposits.• GEOL 306 - Earthtime Data Handling - Sept. - Dec. 2016Assist students in learning software's and database organization in a Geological context. Software's include: ArcGIS, GPlates, ioGas Geochem, Microsoft Access and Excel. This class was aimed at teaching students the relevance and efficiency that can be gained by using a well structured database to analyze geochemical, and paleo plate reconstruction data. • GEOL 226 - Introductory Petrology - Jan. - April 2016Assisted students in learning the fundamentals of petrology in the Introductory Petrology lab i the geology program at the University of Saskatchewan. This entailed mainly helping students identify minerals and understand basic theory behind paragenetic sequences. Show less

• Carried out reactive transport modelling for data collected from ion exchange column experiments by using PHREEQCi to quantify the capacity for bulk reclamation cover material to delay saline tailings breakthrough• Provided support on the first full-sclae End-Pit lake in the Alberta Oil Sands • Assisted in sediment and water sample collection from a specialized barge • Extracted water and processed samples within a tight deadline with 4 other team members
