The NJOIC is a 325-man operation providing 24x7 worldwide monitoring, crisis action planning, and strategic watch functions. The teams integrate and synchronize intelligence, fusion cell, and operational team functions within the NJOIC. Manage the manning, shift cycles, and training of five joint operational teams. Develop and pursue technical solutions to improve global situational awareness and a web 2.0 collaborative environment across three security networks. Integrate capabilities which make the Joint Staff flatter, faster, more transparent, and more discoverable across the greater DoD community.
