Chris's passion is to combine his skills in technology, management, and business to provide innovative technology solutions that solve critical business problems. As the Director of Technology at ReSource Pro, Chris has demonstrated his ability to identify and implement technology that ensures company achieves its growth targets and business goals. He presently directs ReSource Pro's technology department, leading the key functions of Application Development, Helpdesk Service, IT Infrastructure, and the Information Security Risk Management program. Chris joined ReSource Pro in 2008, when it had 300 employees with 40 clients. Since joining, ReSource Pro has grown to 170 clients and over 1,700 employees. Prior to RSP, Chris worked as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, focusing on financial service clients. Chris graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management in 2006, and completed an executive education program from Harvard Business School in 2013.With over 10 years of experience in developing and executing on technology strategy in a business environment, he has extensive experience with:• Building a high performance Technology team – Hiring, coaching, and retaining Technology and Security talent• Technology Strategy - developing long term strategic plans, which closely integrate with business strategy, and seeing projects through to execution• Sound understanding of a broad range of technologies - including systems design & development, Information Security, Networking, Windows & Linux Servers• Technology management experience in BPO, insurance and finance industries• Coordinating and communicating policies, strategic direction, technology implementations with senior level executives• Communicating and influencing up, down and across all management levels to successfully implement solutions• Experience in leading system and IT infrastructure integration projects in a high growth environment
