I am a Naval Architect, B. Sc. I graduated from Arcada Polytechnics and been working in the shipping industry for almost 20 years in various positions.The first 10 years I was a Project Engineer and Manager handling key customer deliveries of Loading computers around the world. The task included Project management and installing and Certificating of the software. I was responsible of all activities with the customer in all project’s phases. Part of my tasks were also to hold user Trainings for the Captains and officers and deliver the system to Class and Owner on various sites around the world. Voyage reporting, fuel saving equipment and electronic log books for ships were also a part of the product palette where a solid knowledge was needed. For 4 years I was working as a Senior Technical Consultant where we created the after sales department with generating of Offers, Portfolios and processes. Key account management has always been a part of my daily work. My title changed to Technical Sales Manager since the tasks were mostly sales related. I was also the Service owner for Training Services handling all customer related Stability and Loading computer usage trainings.In 2016 I took a position as Field Account Manager at MTS Systems Ltd. to widen my views. A hectic sales position in an American based company with very challenging industry in Sweden, Finland and the Baltics.I saw the challenges growing too high, so I continued my journey and became Technical Superintendent for TallinkSilja Oy. After 17 years in sales and key accounting a shift to the opposite side of the table was a fresh and very welcomed update. Project management have been a part of my career from day one and drydocking of ships was a natural event for me. Preparations and a hectic on-site schedule was fitting me well.With the situation of the world today in mind, I am open for further developing of my career in any direction.
