I joined Quod as a Director in the Development Economics team, focused on financial modelling and development appraisal. I work alongside Quod's experts in planning, affordable housing, regeneration and socio economics to maximise the opportunity for our clients at each stage of the development process.I am currently working on several of the largest property developments in London, a range of garden cities and strategic land developments and for a number of build to rent investors. Services include planning viability & affordable housing, design & specification advice, housing ownership modelling & consultancy, financial modelling, procurement / funding & delivery advice and review of development / Section 106 agreements.

I joined EC Harris as a Senior Cost Consultant and shortly after this began to specialise in financial modelling. I progressed to Partner, leading the Financial Analysis service in the UK and also managing multidisciplinary Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Financial Modelling teams for larger commissions.My focus was on complex developments in the property sector including residential, regeneration and commercial schemes. This included work in relation to site acquisition, masterplan optimisation, infrastucture phasing, procurement, plot disposal and debt & equity funding.In addition to core work I was involved in a number of industry initiatives. This included supporting DCLG in relation to a number of changes to the Building Regulations and leading the impact assessment work for the Housing Standards Review. I also prepared best practice guidance for the Homes & Communities Agency and research reports for the Housing Forum.

I provided quantity surveying for residential and regeneration projects in London and the South East

Joining as a graduate my role included preparation of sub-contract tenders, bills of quantities and valuations for various schemes within the Special Projects team
