This gives a good experience how the contracts work in practice, but also to contribute in the delivery project to improve the profit, with e.g. customer changes. The business are complex, with high contract values but also with a major commitment and risks.

Assignments at Scania, Bid Manager and Process DevelopmentBid Manger for two large quotations to public sector, we successfully won both (Scania’s largest contract). This work included strategies for the quotation, business case and the quote structure. It also included support to line organization for the quotation projects. The work also included to set a process for the defence applications.

The most important tasks were• To further develop and implement various project processes including develop management plans and coordination of time schedules. • Change management and procurement strategies. • Complete ten contracts for very technical complex sub-systems, as example management and sonar systems. The majority of these include new development. This work included contractual issues, coordination and planning to for production coordination of the timetables between the different sub-system suppliers and the submarine supplier.

Program Manager for Defence Trucks. This meant, among other things, production responsibility for FMV's all projects related to trucks, add-ons as flat racks and trailers. The program area covered more than 10 different projects and 15 employees and consultants. My task was to support and follow up the various project leaders in the implementation of their respective projects. As program leader, I was part of the line organisation management team. The largest project, Defence Truck Procurement together with Norway, where I also running as Project leader.

Deputy Program Manager for FMV Submarine Program. The purpose of the submarine program was to coordinate submarine production. The program consist of 5 projects. I where responsible for planning and follow-up, as well as further development of the program's processes and working methods.Deputy project manager to acquire two new submarines.. The project involved about 70 people. My work area was primarily focused on planning tasks, project management and work on the different processes of the project. As an example of tasks, planning and developing a method of resource management.
