Christopher Wirth has an extensive background in commercial real estate investment with 8 years of experience as an Executive at a publicly traded REIT operating primarily in the hospitality sector. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In addition to acquisition/disposition, operations management, feasibility studies and revenue management responsibilities, Christopher has extensive experience with strategic planning through the restructuring of $82 million in hospitality assets as well as raising over $25 million in private equity through 8 highly successful syndications. Christopher is especially proud to have built long-lasting relationships working closely with over 1,000 accredited investors and in doing so a solid track record of results surpassing investor expectations. He employs all of these skills toward servicing clients in all aspects of real estate brokerage, syndication and advisory services.
