Freshly graduated with a part-time university degree at 24 years old, I am self-motivated, quick to adapt, and open to challenges, having taken up a variety of holiday jobs since a young age of 14.I have been involved in roles pertaining to e-commerce operations, marketing, f&b, sales, waitressing, warehouse packing, graphic design, event management, drop-shipping, retail, flyer distribution, inventory management, and even acting, in the last decade.Eventually, being able to help others through the power of communication with the language I love ignited my passion in client service. At work, I am conscientious, patient, and sincere; I always dedicate my best effort to building connections with clients and making a difference to others through my job.As of 2024, I have over 4 years of cumulative client service background and knowledge in various softwares such as Salesforce, AS400, Luce, CRM, Jasper, etc. In 2022, I also started my own semi-permanent tattoo sticker business as a passion project.
