For the last six and a half years, I served as Amazon's Head of Unscripted Development, Global Formats. I'm a creative executive with 20 years of experience developing, producing and delivering award winning Unscripted TV series in the US and around the world. In my most recent post at Amazon Studios, I spearheaded some of the first unscripted originals in Amazon’s international territories, building from the ground up a slate of Emmy-award winning local original content across Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Many projects involve unprecedented partnerships with top celebrity talent, athletes, and sports franchises, as well as internally developing formats that were quickly localized in multiple territories worldwide. As part of my role as Head of Unscripted Development, Global Formats, I lead a team that oversaw unscripted slates for newer territories such as Australia and Canada among several others, and drove the expansion of hit original franchises across Prime Video, around the world.My former roles include Vice-President of Digital Programming at Talpa Media, and various development and executive roles at Endemol USA, Mark Burnett Productions, Warner Brothers Television, and E!
