To provide technical support primarily on network and security related areas.- To support network product/solution including switches, firewall & routerconfiguration.- Day to day support of network devices within customer SLAs.- Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.- Network migration- Maintain and provide monthly reporting for customers.- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
