The Regional Production Support Lead is a pivotal role within the Global CARRIER HR Technology team supporting the business in the delivery and management of Global HR and payroll systems and processes. The role is responsible for the day to day management of AMS vendor and the support of several Global HR platforms (Workday, ESS/MSS and Global Learning Portal). The role works with HR and Payroll to manage the Global HR systems to ensure systems, data and processes continue to successfully support the CARRIER employee’s data and transactions throughout the life cycle of the employee.

1. Conduct feasibility studies on HRIS project;2. Ensuring overall success of the implementation of IT solutions to HR department through closely working with management and partner (example: eGenting & external vendor). 3.
