About Christopher Adair

I am passionate about providing data-driven insights to help enhance the employee experience and accelerate culture change. I work closely with leaders across our global business to help make sense of their employee listening data and more accurately identify where to focus attention. I hold my PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University (masters thesis and doctoral dissertation titles below).
