- Spearhead patient recruitment for a wide diversity of clinical trials: Atopic Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension- Ensure that patients referred fit the study inclusion criteria- Review study protocols, phone and online screeners with the Clariness team to ensure that they are understandable by prospective patients- Communicate (Both English and French) with prospective study patients during recruitment, through pre-screening interviews- Provide accurate and reliable translation (English/French) of study screeners and additional documentation, when needed- Contact patient referrals through phone and email communications, using study-specific scripts for pre-screening in accordance with each study protocol

1) Scheduled a 4-weeks neurosurgery observership at LSU Health to get a better appreciation of neurosurgery training, including the day-to-day activities of neurosurgery residents at different stages in training.2) Participating in teaching sessions with the residents and attending physicians, and volunteering to take weekly calls (twice per week) with the on-call residents, and observe all areas of daily management of neurosurgical patients, from admission to pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative care, including patient management on the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit, continued management on the ward and discharge for follow up3) Assisting to weekly clinics with the attending physicians to observe patient intake and post-discharge follow-up procedures.
