Recruit, pipeline, interview, and place legal professionals of all levels, including legal assistants, paralegals, legal secretaries, contracts managers, attorneys, managing partners and general counsel. • Meet with and speak to hiring managers, (including- Firm Administrators, HR managers, Hiring Partners, General Counsels and C- Level Executives) regarding their job openings/needs• Create job descriptions and post all open requisitions• Use Salesforce Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the interview process from initial job posting to offer and acceptance. • Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future openings• Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates through calls, job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter), social networking, referrals, and ATS (with a focus on diversity and inclusion?)_• Interview 10- 15 interview prospective candidates per week, via video or in person to assess skillset, work history, salary requirements, and a week and 100 recruiting calls • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and professionals • Mentor new team members from other branches and train new hires on recruiting best practices• Strategize with legal professionals on career development and provide resume edits and feedback• Perform interview preparation and debrief with candidates• Conduct references and communicate with previous employers to qualify capabilities and verify work history
