I lead a team focused on transforming supply chains to drive business growth. We empower change by harnessing data and digital technologies, such as automation, artificial intelligence and analytics, to help organizations better plan, manage dynamic demand, and deliver the right products at the right time while keeping the customer at the center of everything.My team is responsible for developing and selling Capgemini’s supply chain business services offerings where we collaborate with clients in a range of industries and markets to address today’s hyper-personalized demands at speed and scale. We start with the business outcomes organizations want, analyze the end-to-end solutions needed to achieve them and focus holistically on creating an intelligent, customer-centric, resilient supply chain using deep expertise, relevant technologies, and ecosystem partnerships.Both in consulting and managed services, I’ve worked across the supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver and aftersales) in multiple industries at the forefront of disruption. I see how data-driven insights and advanced technologies can enable organizations to do things differently, innovate, and deliver new business value. My career began at Deloitte and includes strategic leadership roles at IBM Global Business Services, where I led various practice areas in supply chain. I continued to broaden and deepen my supply chain expertise at Genpact and Accenture by adding managed services to my portfolio. On my teams, I strive to help others find their strengths and grow professionally while helping to grow the business.On a personal note, I live in the Chicagoland area where I spend much time with my family.
