We are a Hotel Management company that owns and operates Hotels. As the Operations Manager for Hotel Barons Management, I am working directly with the owners to assist in the management and continued growth of Hotel Barons Management. Charged with directly assisting in development of new hotel locations and managing hotels already in operation. Provide managerial support and leadership to assigned General Managers and staff, ensuring that financial performance is optimized for each property, quality, culture and service is maintained as established. Assist owners with acquisition, development, design and opening of new hotel properties. Provide direction, training, mentoring and leadership to hotel staff and assigned General Managers. Develop, build support for, and implement regional initiatives that align with the Company's strategies and lead to positive business results. Monitor the financial performance of assigned properties through on-going review of expenses and through the development, analysis and implementation of budgets, sales plans and forecast.
