• Assist in developing overall content strategy for the organization’s websites. Update the organization’s main website and microsites using Luminate CMS, and SquareSpace.• Plan and implement effective multi-channel digital marketing campaigns using email, organization’s website, paid ads, social media, and Google Ad Grants.• Manage ongoing digital projects and work closely with key vendors and outside agency partners.• Manage the organization’s email calendar. Build, send, A/B test and analyze email campaigns using Luminate Online, and Mailchimp.• Implement UTM tracking on all digital assets. Monitor, evaluate, and report on results of digital campaigns using Google Analytics, and Luminate reporting.• Help develop and implement new strategies for digital advertising, email list growth, and donor conversion.• Troubleshoot display and rendering issues in dynamic, web-based applications on a variety of browsers and operating systems.

• Develop and maintain websites for Animal Humane Society and its programs and events using Drupal, Luminate and APIs.• Code and maintain donation forms, ecommerce platforms, and Walk for Animals TeamRaiser components.• Ensure that web and email projects are standards-compliant, mobile-friendly, and accessible, and that content displays properly across browsers and platforms.• Stay current on digital strategy trends and best practices for fundraising, communication, and other engagement through online vehicles.• Maintain organizational email calendar, provide guidance on best practices, and contribute to overall Email campaign strategy.• Provide customer support for users experiencing issues with making an online donation, purchasing event tickets online, or participating in the Walk for Animals.

-Assist in the production of innovative digital products that support the company’s textbook programs. -Review and test all phases of software development for accurate content, ease of use, appealing interface and absence of errors. -Work with developmental editors to prepare writer guidelines, outline specifications, and set up schedules.
