• Perform statutory audit and review over statutory accounts in accordance to the International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards (“MFRS”).• Perform review assurance and agreed-upon procedures engagements on quarterly reports of client listed on Bursa Malaysia.• Spearheaded the transition of new audit system (KCW).• Involved in the early stage of implementation of the new audit system, KCW and part of the pioneer batch of engagement teams in experimenting and performing year end audit in the international enhanced workflow for a listed company.• Coached new team members to ensure smooth onboarding into KCW.• Manage stakeholders in projects and engagements from multiple countries to ensure timely completion.• Execute assurance engagements in accordance with audit strategy set by partner & manager and ensure compliance with firm policies and protocols.• Coach and develop team members by sharing knowledge that cultivate technical competencies and efficient performance.• Monitor the team’s progress against the plan and propose enhancement when needed.• Plan, manage and monitor projects and engagements’ profitability.• Develop and maintain productive client relationships and networks.• Involve in department transformation team.• Automation of audit engagement budgeting approval and leave application process.
