Skilled, empathetic and experienced engineer within R&D, Compliance, Standardization, Quality and Agile Project/People Management. My formal education is a Master of Science in Applied Physics. I have 20 years of working experience around product development, of these 15 years within the fields of Compliance and Standardization, where I have particularly strong skills and experience. I am used to support colleagues cross-functionally, drive tasks and coordinate the process towards completion. I also have management skills, both as owner of a technical field and with people as a Scrum Master.I am passionate about technology and people, and I am motivated by solving tasks together and achieve common goals. I like setting the direction and strategy together with a team, and then cooperate with the team to achieve common goals and share successes. I speak plain and clearly in technical counseling, but also in management, where I set clear goals and then motivate and coach people to make their own decisions to move in the right direction. I am a team player but can work independently with a focus on deadlines. I have a pragmatic approach when cooperating with a team, and I am result oriented around the team goals while always having a focus on the team performance and wellbeing. To a team I bring motivation, engagement and a positive mindset.
