Led project to request proposals from digital asset management and marketing asset management providers to help build a solution that would allow franchisees to build brand compliant and pre-approved materials on their own. Met with several companies to compare their offerings and had final decision on the company that was chosen. Created all templates that were made available for customization, continually added and removed templates where necessary based on franchisee demand. Trained and provided support for all franchisees that utilize the system.
