Omni Materials is a leading supplier of calcium based reagents for use in applications that include soil stabilization, environmental remediation, water treatment, coal treatment, and CO2 reduction. 2020 - June 2023 Transitioned into new VP of Sales Role within the organization after CEMEX sold Louisville plant and terminals. Led a team that was tasked with creating a new sales division focused on creating a superior experience for small business customers. Responsibilities included creating mission statement, developing strategies, hiring and training sales team, setting and meeting KPI's, growing market segment and generating EBITDA growth. Go Live Date was May of 2020. Results - 2020 - 47k tons, $7.3 M Revenue, $2.0 M EBITDA growth. 2021 - 92K Tons, $14.4 M Revenue, $4.3 M EBITDA, Awarded 2021 CEMEX Superior Customer Experience Award. 2022 - 207K tons, $34.4 M Revenue, $10 Million EBITDA. 2018 - 2020 Promoted to Vice President of Sales - North Atlantic Region. Managed sales in the states of KY, IN, IL, OH, PA, and WV. Region of responsibility included 1 cement plant and 8 cement terminals. Responsibilities included leading the sales team to achieve volume and EBITDA targets, creating and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales budget, and collaborating with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure our customers' needs were met. 2018 Results - 1.3 Million Tons sold, $159 Million Revenue, $53 Million EBITDA. 2019 VS 2018 Results - 2% increase in Volume, 9% increase in Revenue, and a 19% increase in EBITDA. 2017 - 2018 Promoted to Senior Sales Manager - Colorado Region.
