Managed sales in the states of KY, IN, IL, OH, PA, and WV. Region of responsibility included 1 cement plant and 8 cement terminals. Responsibilities included leading the sales team to achieve volume and EBITDA targets, creating and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales budget, and collaborating with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure our customers' needs were met. 2018 Results - 1.3 Million Tons sold, $159 Million Revenue, $53 Million EBITDA. 2019 VS 2018 Results - 2% increase in Volume, 9% increase in Revenue, and a 19% increase in EBITDA. 2017 - 2018 Promoted to Senior Sales Manager - Colorado Region. Region included 1 cement plant and 2 terminals. Responsibilities included, stabilizing our market position, growing volume, increasing EBITDA, managing sales team, and developing/maintaining customer relationships. 2017 Results - 49% increase in volume compared to 2016, 38% increase in EBITDA compared to 2016, and awarded 2018 CEMEX Customer Centricity Award.
