As a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), I have equipped credit union leaders and staff with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complex political landscape.In my previous roles, I have successfully led numerous campaigns that have mobilized thousands of credit union members and supporters to take collective action. Influence students to become great academically, positive role models/citizens, and challenge/teach student-athletes by providing positive learning experiences associated with the basketball sports program. Provide guidance, leadership, and the fundamental skills necessary to execute the program in a successful manner. Assume the leadership role in relation to team organization, style of play, practice schedules, equipment and assigned responsibilities.

Our club program will be focused on an Education, Community, and Athletics (ECA) philosophy. It is a privilege to play sports not a right, and with that, we will teach life lessons through our program. Our athletes are all student-athletes and will be held accountable to academic and community standards.Play and Coaching StandardsAssumptions of play will not be accepted; all athletes will earn time on the court/field of play through structured practices and development. Spring/Fall seasons will require athletes to turn in grades once a week to coaches.Our program will be structured standards and backed with the structured discipline needed to succeed. We are not chasing wins on the scoreboard, vs teaching fundamentals and coaching up abilities for student-athletes to compete at the next level. Whatever that level maybe.

Work directly with 153 member-based credit unions, representing over 3.2 million members, 1700 professionals, and hundreds of volunteer board members and their community linked organizations in three states to strategically plan, develop, lead and build a strong consensus in unifying our credit union movement to better serve our local communities and members. The ongoing push to develop new strategies to manage, build, and mobilized all aspects of credit union advocacy to achieve political, legislative, and regulatory objectives to better serve the 3.2 million members that our organization serves. As one of 5 independent National Field Legislative & Political Representatives. I was responsible for legislative and political affairs; fundraising, developing leadership and managing grassroots advocacy programs for a Western 13 State region (205 local unions, attached to federal agencies) where I help drive our organizations strategic goals, in organizing, and mobilizing our members to positive public policy campaigns. I also trained Federal employees in building a working communication and mobilization structure, to effectively mobilize their local advocacy efforts within their legislative programs. In all of this I am responsible regionally for all fundraising, setting the operational budget to help in elect members of congress who support the voice of working families (bi-partisan). Appointed as the Federal Field Director for the Colorado Labor 2002 and 2004 Teams, I lead a team of 17 staff and 300 volunteers through a demanding 6 month educational issue campaigns for both of the election cycles.I did this while while managing the regional coordinators in the 13 states we had ground campaigns. We worked with over 13 congressional campaigns and one regional presidential campaign during this time frame.

As the Elected President of the Local, I severed as the Executive officer of the local, was responsible for all fiduciary, regulatory compliance and financial goals and objectives with over 600 bargaining unit members locally and 2500 nationwide. I was also responsible in building political capitol to plan and pursue or defend our members from negative or support of good public policy goals in the framework of The United States Mint, Department of Treasury, AFGE, and the AFL-CIO.
