Lenny's Pizza and Italian Grill is an established Italian restaurant in the heart of Lavallette, New Jersey, a very populated summer beach town. This organization prides itself on it's deep family roots, quick and efficient service, and relationships with thousands of people.My role in this organization was to be a part of the counter staff with various responsibilities. Some of those responsibilities included cash handling, order processing, managing phone orders, packaging orders, and cleaning and sanitizing the space. Customer service and problem solving were also applied on the job.

Spicy Cantina is a highly successful restaurant/bar on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk in New Jersey. This is a high paced environment with a very active community of tourists. This organization uses it's indoor/outdoor atmosphere to its advantage and attracts customers every summer.In my time at Spicy's Cantina I contributed to the fast-paced environment when taking orders, delivering orders to tables, and preparing food. A large part of my role was working with tourists and managing any conflicts that arose.
