Profile bio

About Craig Feusse

I create unique system solutions for my customers. I listen to their problems and find ways to fix their gap in performance. I am a hands-on leader. I am a disruptor. 💣I enjoy hands-on projects with customers big (1 million units a year) and small (less than 20,000 units a year). I have worked in the Aftermarket, Automotive, Defense, and Powersports industries. My colleagues look to me to find market insights and trends that allow our company to develop mobility technology to fill the gaps and improve the efficiency of vehicles. I have attended seminars and discussed with our customers how electrification, both BEV and Hybrid vehicles, can benefit from our driveline disconnect technologies. These technologies utilize a variety of motive forces including electric motors, coils, solenoids, and cams. We create integrated solutions with PCBAs and standalone controls or just reactive systems. I am a 4x4, 4WD, AWD systems expert that can support logic for calibration, design, and integration of driveline and powertrain components. ⚙I have been involved in most aspects of the business. I have found new suppliers when we developed new technologies. I have tested and designed patented products. I have developed business cases and negotiated our largest program win. I have helped develop the annual strategy. I also manage and lead my remote team and manage our budget. 💵I am always learning. I enjoy reading and listening to books. I like to take classes and learn new skills, like Product Management training, Strategy Development, Negotiations and B2B Content Marketing. I read patents to understand what our competition is doing and where we can find new areas to fit in. 📗 Although all people in the company are salespeople, I have learned I enjoy engineering and development and to some extent marketing, more than sales. I like translating complex technical items into smaller digestible components that when added together create the whole system. 🤝How can I help you develop an efficient mobility solution? Please reach out. ❔I enjoy spending time with my family traveling the great United States of America. We have visited all 50 states! We have seen most of the states via driving and camping in our travel trailer. 🛣I also enjoy customizing, maintaining, and fixing my vehicles (Jeep, quads, tractor) and house. 🛠

Listed skills include Automotive, Fmea, Root Cause Analysis, Manufacturing, and 36 others.
