Designed and implemented a social survey tool for evaluating Sierra Leone’s Rehabilitation of Education Project.The project’s results were used to inform government and donor policy on the re-establishment of educationservices in post-conflict Sierra Leone.

Led and authored a background paper on urban service delivery in developing cities, which was tabled to the 21stSpecial Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
