A QUT Honours Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Second Major in Structural Engineering. I have a commitment towards connecting communities and producing tailored solutions to the complex challenges I face. Both in my personal and professional life.I value the relationships I build with individuals because I believe that teamwork and capitalising on each other's strengths lead to a successful and fulfilling career and life.I am currently employed as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Queensland Rail as part of their 2-year Graduate Program in their Major Projects Integration Business Group.I worked recently as a Construction Cadet at ICM Construction focusing on collaborating Project and Site Managers to optimize various projects in the Education, Health ad Fitness Sector. I further explored into fields of Contract Administration, Site Health and Safety and Trade Procurement. I worked previously as a Student Engineer Intern for the Brisbane City Council in development services. I worked closely with various developers, builders and other engineers at the conception and completion of developments in the residential and commercial sectors. My responsibilities included controlling internal documents, reviewing and approving footway permits, attending inspections for on/off maintenance, stormwater, road designs and assessing various building designs with relevant Australian standards.Over the course of my studies I have learned to integrate different aspects of Engineering such as Advanced Water Engineering, Advanced Geotechnical Engineering, Advanced Highway and Pavement Design, Steel Design, Masonry Design, and Concrete Structures. I have also acquired complimentary skills in Construction Methodologies, Infrastructure Asset Management and Contract Regulation and Administration.
