Manage all members on project department,training on their quality and operation technique.Take responsible for new projects' leading,the whole quotation cost calculation,Part feasibility analysis reports,mold design and manufacturing processing technical evaluation, collect and complete the tool making details based on customer requirements and specification standards.Well communication and implement tool design concept with factory and suppliers, check and verify the tool design drawings including 2D(GA) and 3D.Organize and pass on customers' quality requirements and technical specifications with per department.Manage the tool development progress schedule to reach the Quality, Cost, Timing objective.Follow up tooling trial, record, discuss and solve the technical and quality issues found during tooling trial, follow up corrective actions.Inspect and check the tools,Understanding the part quality requirement.Following up mold trial and samples inspection, check dimensions report,Do the mold inspection, related documents for mold shipment.

Take charge in cross-functional and multi-cultural mold design,including: DFM(Design For Manufacturability) ,Detailed 2D(General Assembly Drawing),Complete and full 3D (Solid Modeling Design) and Plotter out ,able to review design drawing with customers face to face in English...Take part in T0 & T1 mold tryout and follow up the projects' status(Solutions & Corrections...).

In this Japanese seiko company,I take charge in Mold design with Pro/E,Unigraphics and AutoCAD,mainly produces accurate gears and OA series (Printer and Duplicating micline)、auto parts、medical equipment, etc.
